Firm History  
Tom Spanbauer and his wife Sue established Spanbauer Accounting and Management Service in 1971. The business grew and in 1989 Doug Rohan joined the firm. A year later, Laure Morgan came on board. In 2001, Lynn Kehl entered the firm as an eventual replacement for Tom when he retired. As Tom became satisfied the firm would continue with the same care and compassion he had for his clients, he decided to retire in 2003. Although retired, he has stayed involved as a consultant. Today our firm services over 600 clients.

About Us  
Doug obtained his Enrolled Agent (EA) license in 1992. Enrolled Agents are the only taxpayer representatives who receive their right to practice from the United States Government.
Laure performs accounting and payroll duties as well as general office duties. She is an integral part of our client interactions.
Lynn has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Marian University (formerly Marian College) in Fond du Lac. She is currently working on obtaining her CPA certification.
